

In this small report I try to explain what are the actual requirements in the industry to manage the best safety in the work places in this report I am not focuses the academy because after academy all the student target is industry that’s why in this small report I focused the industrial requirements not academic requirements. In this report I try to clarify the entire student and my college actually what is the safety requirements in to oil gas industry, I read all the previous study and research report everybody always simulation and try to solve the mathematical solve never they don’t mantion what is the requairment of safety in the industry but this report is very different from the other I try to explain different about the safety and manage the Risk. It is one the example of the offshore oil gas contruction and operaction projects objectives to ensure that all its activities are managed in a manner that ensures the health and safety of all pers onnel and protection of the environment. Provide operational guidance to improve the safety of the tandem offloading system.Ĝonduct an initial assessment of the system behaviour under selected representative environmental conditions.Ĝonfirm the feasibility of the tandem offloading as a backup/contingency offloading system.Verify if the limiting metocean conditions identified are acceptable in terms of hawser loads, tanker excursions and tug operations,.Simulate the tandem offloading operations under representative metocean conditions identified from the preliminary operability assessment for the tandem offloading system,.The objectives of this tandem offloading study are: Generally the reliability of the offloading operability could be improved by time-domain simulation of the recurring offloading operations over representative met ocean time traces. The operability assessment for tandem offloading was performed by applying pre-defined operating criteria to time traces of met ocean conditions. The tandem offloading system, however, offers much lower uptime below 60% (mainly due to the strong currents). It is expected that the operability of the SPM system is over 95% uptime. From the three alternative offloading systems evaluated, a base case has been determined with SPM CALM buoy recommended as a primary offloading system and a tandem offloading as a back-up/contingen cy system.
